Victoria is a Senior Environmental Planner at ICF Jones and Stokes based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. From 2019-2022 she was appointed to the APA Central Section Board as Newsletter Editor/Social Media Coordinator while working as an Environmental Planner in Fresno for Rincon Consultants. In 2022, she transitioned out of the role and is now appointed as Special Projects Coordinator assisting other board members with event coordination and miscellaneous tasks.
She earned her master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) at UC Irvine in 2018 and has a Bachelor’s in Political Science from CSU Long Beach. Prior to becoming a planner, she was a legislative staffer for State and local government officials specializing in public policy, community engagement, special events, public relations, social media and social justice advocacy. Victoria considers Porterville her hometown and is proud to have been born and raised in Tulare County.
