Jarred Olsen, AICP is a Senior Planner with Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group in Visalia. A planner for over 7 years, Jarred most recently had the opportunity of preparing portions of the City of Fowler General Plan and EIR, in addition to the City of Parlier Housing Element. In his spare time, Jarred enjoys tiki culture and watching Formula 1 with his infant son, Zachary.
