Jeff O’Neal is a principal planner at Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group in Clovis, where he largely focuses on local agency contract planning, LAFCo procedures, and CEQA compliance.  A graduate of California State University, Fresno with a bachelors degree in geography, Jeff started his career in 2001 as the city planner for the City of Dinuba before migrating to Provost & Pritchard in 2004.
