Jenna Chilingerian, MCRP AICP

Jenna serves as a senior planner at Precision Civil Engineering (PCE) in downtown Fresno, CA, bringing more than 10 years of experience in planning, community and economic development, and program management in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. At PCE, Jenna provides CEQA services for public and private sector projects, on-call planning and environmental services for local agencies, and development and entitlement services for private sector clients. She received her Masters of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA. She joined the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) in July 2022.
