Kelsey George, AICP

Kelsey works as a senior planner at Precision Civil Engineering (PCE) in Downtown Fresno. At PCE, she works on a variety of private and public sector development projects including master plans, entitlement submittal and processing, text amendments, as well as environmental consulting in compliance with CEQA. Prior to coming on board with PCE, she worked as a municipal planner for both the City of Fresno and City of Clovis. She received her MA in Geography from the California State University, Long Beach and a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Chico State. She joined the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) in 2022.
