Lizbeth Dominguez is an emerging planner who recently obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in City and Regional Planning at California State University, Fresno. She serves as an Analyst Intern at Fresno Local Agency Formation Commission (“LAFCo”), where she contributes to annexation projects, Municipal Service Reviews, and creates official GIS maps for cities and special districts within Fresno County. Lizbeth has also worked with Every Neighborhood Partnership, co-developing the Community Land Use Internship, a program that aims to connect planning education with community engagement. As an emerging planner, Lizbeth is dedicated to empowering students and young professionals to promote sustainable and inclusive development in the Central Valley communities.
