Young & Emerging Planner (YEP) Coordinator

Tiffany serves is a Planner with the County of Merced, where she leads both current planning activities and long-range planning projects. Additionally, Tiffany provides planning support services for the Merced Local Agency Formation Commission (Merced LAFCO) and various economic development programs and projects countywide. Following the successful adoption of a comprehensive Zoning Code Update, Tiffany is now leading development of the County’s Climate Action Plan and the update of Franklin-Beachwood Community Plan which will guide development and growth of the unincorporated community of Franklin-Beachwood. ​​

Tiffany grew up in Orange County, California and received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of California, Irvine. As the new Young and Emerging Planner (YEP) Coordinator, Tiffany is eager to develop educational programming that will give emerging professionals and students the tools and resources to transition from academic life to career and build a strong network of planning leaders in the Central Valley.
