A FREE Virtual Workshop to learn about implementing accessory dwelling units (ADUs) in the San Joaquin Valley. The workshop will serve as a “Part 2” to the SJV REAP Housing Workshop: ADUs in the San Joaquin Valley that was held in August 2021. The workshop will cover practical tips to implementing ADUs in your jurisdiction and will introduce a suite of tools created specifically for Valley communities through the SJV REAP Valley wide ADU Program including but not limited to ADU ordinance template, standard ADU plans and elevations, and informational handouts and guides. The workshop will also introduce a new opportunity for technical assistance to customize the suite of tools for your jurisdiction.
