The study assesses linkages between land use planning and water management in the San Joaquin Valley and evaluates the adequacy of water supply identified in water management plans to accommodate projected RHNA growth. Rosalyn Prickett, Principal Rincon Consulting
Rosalyn Prickett is a Principal and water resources planner at Rincon Consultants. Her 20+ year career has been focused on land use, environmental, and water resources plans and programs. She supports the development of water supply projects from early concept planning and creation of regional partnerships to environmental and regulatory compliance. Recent water supply and groundwater management plans include San Diego’s San Pasqual Valley Subbasin and Coachella Valley’s Indio Subbasin.

Emily McCord is a watershed scientist at Rincon Consultants. She has seven years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus in water resources, data management, and analytics.
