The San Joaquin Valley Small-lot Planning Study investigates small-lot
housing development feasibility in the eight-county region, and is intended
to encourage jurisdictions to implement small-lot single-family
development to increase housing capacity, mobility, affordability, and
choice. The Study outlines the challenges and opportunities for addressing
existing constraints to small-lot single-family development through
changes to local policy and zoning requirements.
Mintier Harnish, in association with The Natelson Dale Group, conducted
this study for the San Joaquin REAP program and will present the findings.
