AEP 2023 CEQA Legislative Update

Join AEP’s lobbyist, Matt Klopfenstein, for an overview of the 2023 Legislative Session focusing on environmental and CEQA-related bills!

Matt Klopfenstein will be presenting an overview of the 2023 Legislative Sessions and will provide information on recent bills that are directly or indirectly related to CEQA. The discussion will highlight AEP’s activity in the Capitol this year, with an in-depth analysis of the bills with which AEP was engaged. Additionally, the talk will give insight into the political atmosphere of Sacramento and how that impacts legislation of interest to AEP.  The presentation can be attended in-person or virtually.
