About the Webinar

The California Regional Early Action Planning (REAP 1.0)program provided a one time grant of approximately$20M to the San Joaquin Valley for regional and jurisdictional housing planning activities, and to promote affordable housing production. This webinar features three innovative case studies utilizing REAP funding:
